2. What data do we collect, for what purpose, and what is the legal basis?
We collect your data solely when you interact with the forms on our website. The processing is divided into two distinct phases:
- Phase 1: Spot Request Form (General Data)
- Data collected: Name, email address, age range, and interests.
- Purpose: To manage your request, assess whether your profile fits the group dynamics (maximum 20 people), and communicate with you to inform you of the selection outcome.
- Legal basis: Your explicit consent upon submitting the form, and the execution of pre-contractual measures.
- Phase 2: Confirmation Form (Sensitive Data – Only if you are selected)
- Data collected: Personal and interpersonal preferences, as well as food allergies or intolerances.
- Purpose: Allergy data is processed exclusively to ensure your safety regarding the experience’s catering. Anecdotes and personal preferences are used solely to design the internal dynamics of the event.
- Legal basis: Your explicit, express, and unambiguous consent, which you must provide separately due to the special sensitivity of this personal information.
3. How long will we keep your data?
We strictly apply the principles of proportionality and storage limitation required under the FADP:
- Request Form Data: We will retain this data to stay in touch and inform you about upcoming events. You may request its rectification or erasure at any time.
- Sensitive Data: All sensitive data (allergies, intolerances, and personal anecdotes) of the 20 selected participants will be completely and securely destroyed within a maximum of 30 days following the conclusion of the event. We will only retain your basic contact details if you explicitly authorize us to notify you about future experiences.
4. Who do we share your data with? (Recipients)
Your data is strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your data to third parties. In order for the website and the event to function properly, we use external technology providers (Data Processors) who operate under our strict instructions:
- Website Hosting: Hostinger, with servers located in France.
- Forms / Data Management: Elementor Forms via WordPress. Note: If a provider stores data outside Switzerland/EU (such as in the US), we ensure they utilize standard contractual clauses approved by the FDPIC or are certified under the appropriate data privacy framework.
- Catering / Logistics: We will share your allergies with the kitchen staff in a completely anonymous manner to fully preserve your privacy.

Our website uses technical cookies that are strictly necessary for its proper functioning.
